No, our skincare products are not tested on animals. We believe that every life is precious and that not a single test should be carried out on an animal.

Yes, our skincare products are vegan. We do not use any animal by-products in our formulations. The only exception is our Snail Slime product line, which contains snail mucin extract. No snails were harmed in the making of these products - the mucin is extracted from the snails' natural habitats.

Everyone is different, but a good rule of thumb is a few weeks. Some people will see changes after just one week, others may take several weeks or even months. It's important to be patient and use the product as directed to get the best possible results.

Yes, our products are dermatologically tested. The ingredients have been carefully selected so that they are suitable for even the most sensitive skin types.

Start with light water-soluble products such as serums, gels and concentrates before moving on to nourishing products such as creams and oils that contain fat-soluble substances.

We recommend using our creams, gels and serums daily (morning and evening, as required). The mask 1-2 times a week.

Our eyelash serums and products with retinoids - Retinoids are a type of vitamin A used to improve the appearance of the skin. However, they can also be harmful to an unborn child. It is therefore best to avoid skincare products containing retinoids during pregnancy.

Once opened, our products can be kept for up to 6 months (some longer). However, correct storage is important - your product may well last longer if stored at a cool temperature and with minimal exposure to light or contamination.
